Slovenia is also being a pain, but not sure if they have much authority. I think the UK wants Serbia to join before Croatia, or at the same time. And I think the EU wants Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia to unite, and wants to control things to make that happen...which who the FUCK ARE THEY??
